Nothing is being built by the property because immediately to the north of the property there is a creek causing this property to be in a historic FEMA flood plain. The property line doesn’t quite extend to the creek but I’m pretty sure you can scoot on over to that creek and do a little fishing since nobody is over there.
The land immediately surrounding the property has also been vacant since the city of Palmer was founded. I called the city of Palmer and there are no plans for any development in the immediate area where the property sits. Oh, and the taxes are only $37.31 per year for this property. There are no utilities to the property just bare land. It’s like the wild wild west days where you’re on your own. This would be excellent for off-roading with a dirt bike or ATV.
